Late Arrival

If you are 10 or more minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services so your tardiness does not effect punctual clients.

*If you are 10 or more minutes late and we do need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your missed service price.*

Cancellation
We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment.
No Show
If you choose not cancel with a 24-hour notice, you will be subject to our cancellation policy. If you no-show on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price. If you no-show three times we will no longer take you as a client. (Boo!)
Card on File
Effective January 1, 2015, we will require a credit card on file to book appointments in the event that you no-show, are tardy, or late cancel. We accept only Visa & Mastercard.
Gratuity
Gratuity is acceptable in cash, personal check or Venmo if you wish to tip. We unfortunately do not accept gratuity on credit cards or checks.
Supervised Children
We do welcome children of all ages but we do ask that they be supervised at all times for their own safety and for the experience of other clients. (We need your attention and probably both of your hands to keep our services on time).
Parking
Our parking lots for the salon are monitored by electronic meters and accept credit cards and change only. You can find these spots between Burgh’s and Labella Bean and behind our salon. Please be aware that parking in these lots can be busy during lunch hours so arrive a few minutes early to grab a spot. Keep in mind most appointments do run over 1 hour due checking out and the usual girl talk.
